African Bar Association Nigeria held its inaugural meeting on the 22nd day of January, 2024.
The new Exco of the AFBA Nigeria was inaugurated by its patron Jonathan Taide, SAN. The learned Silk urged the Executive Council Members to employ all necessary effort to bring all the benefits of AFBA to Nigerian lawyers.
The Chairman of AFBA Nigeria Hon Mohammed Ndayako, SAN. in his opening remark, thanked the president of AFBA Mr Hannibal Uwaifo and his Executive Council for his appointment and the appointment of other officers of the Forum in Nigeria.
The Chairman pledged to drive the objectives of AFBA to Nigeria legal practitioners.
Furthermore, the Chairman expressed his optimism that Nigeria lawyers will register with the body and take advantage of the opportunities in being members of AfBA.
