I, Felix Chukwuma Ashimole, haven participated in the deliberations of ENBA as set out on the Agenda, wish to state my admiration, envy and joy to the entire members, the Exco and the Chairman for the manner the meeting was conducted.
I am envious because they had two sitting Judges of Enugu High Court in attendance. In all my roaming around NBA Branches, I have never seen a Magistrate in attendance of any branch’s meeting. I hope other Branches, will learn from ENBA on how to build synergy with the Bench within their jurisdiction.
The decorum at the meeting is exemplary, worthy of conduct of lawyers.
