You will recall that late Prof was the Vice Chancellor of Kwara State University and he passed on recently.
Y. C Maikyau and entourage from NBA Illorin and Offa branches of the NBA paid condolence visit and in giving his condolence message to the family, the NBA President said that Prof was like a younger brother to me and recounted their long time relationship.
He said “We have lost a very important person in the NBA, we came to express our heart felt condolences. Only God Almighty can fill that void and comfort you” .
Prof. Adam who was asked to offer prayer and he said that the family appreciates the show of fellowship and friendship.
That even though the family feels the loss but this particular visit shows that the NBA identifies the deceased and is well appreciated.
The late Prof, he said was so accommodating and loving. He believes in the growth of people notwithstanding background and ethnicity affiliation.
He prayed that the President of the NBA will be successful in his administration. He also said that a man those does die without the good deeds and the shortcomings.
He said Almighty will reward him for his good deeds and forgive his shortcomings.
He prayed that God will be with Prof’s wife who he had always been very close to and moved with him most times. He recalled some of the achievements of Prof and his philanthropy to the society.
