After our two reports on the crisis bedeviling the newly minted NBA Nyanya-Karu Branch, we got a call from the embattled Forum chairman, Sir Augustine Ibolo, alleging that he had not received any processes and not aware of any pending litigation against him until he read about it in our publication.
Against this backdrop, we reached the Court sitting in Karu and witnessed the following;

Complaints Counsel applied for Warrants of Arrest to compel the attendance of the Defendant.

Court: evidence of attempted service, deposed by Bailiffs.
Complainants Counsel applied for Substituted Service to be served on the Defendants Counsel or at the Premises of the Court.
Defense: opposed
Court: Substituted Service granted
To be served on the Defendants Counsel.
