22 councilorship candidates of 8 political parties, have traversed the entire Kubwa in a bid to convince the residents of Kubwa, that they are the best pair of hands for the job of Council representing the 3 Wards that make up Kubwa. The Wards are; Kubwa, Byazhin and Usuma.
According to Hon. Mike Nwosu Usuma Ward Councilorship Candidate of ADC, there are over 235 Polling Units in Kubwa.
The party that will win, will largely depend on; the party’s ability to have polling agents in all these polling units during election; the visibility of the party’s logo.
Unfortunately, most candidates paid more attention to being photogenic, their pictures larger than their party’s logo on their campaign posters. They forgot that, on the ballot, it is only the party logo that will appear.
