After Kubwaexpress publication(https://kubwaexpress.com/2024/09/08/police-pressure-my-refusal-to-abandon-my-client-led-to-my-arraignment/) efforts were made to reach Daniel Arome Momoh Esq., for his own side of the story.
Below, is uncut, unedited response from Daniel Arome Momoh, Esq., whom the Police alleged conspired with to mislead the Court with false Affidavit of Service.
REFUTE ON PUBLICATION DATED 7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2024, RE; Abuja Lawyer, Daniel Arome Momoh, Reportedly Arraigned for Conspiracy to Falsify Affidavit of Service and Using Same to Obtain Default Judgment, reported by https//Kubwaexpress.com /2024/09/06/ and others.
1. Reference to the above unprofessional and false publication dated, 7th day of September, 2024, I Barr Daniel Arome Momoh hereby refuted the said Publication as false, unethical, unprofessional and defamation of character, as all was masterminded by an unprofessional Law, who does not know his work as a lawyer.
2. Note that I, Barr Daniel Arome Momoh have never Falsified an Affidavit of Service to obtain any default judgment 
3. It’s neither the duty of a Lawyer to serve the court process nor his duty to depose an Affidavit of Service.
4. Note, my client, Amange Samuel Tersue got a Judgment against Inspector General of Police and 4 others, sometimes August, 2023.
5. The said Judgment was obtained from High of Justice, FCT Abuja and is valid and the enforcement of the said Judgment is ongoing.
6. While I, the Counsel for the said Amange Samuel Tersue filed an application for the executing of the said Judgment on behalf of my client, the Nigeria Police and other parties started pressurizing me to stop representing my Client and my client should stop the enforcement of the said Judgment or they will charge us to Court but I refused to stop representing my client.
7. I want use this medium to notify the general public that I have never falsified an Affidavit of Service to obtain any default judgment and I remain faithful and sincere legal practitioner to the core.
8. Please I urge My Distinguish colleagues and well-wishers to remain calm and as the necessary steps are in place for further actions.
