A Lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Paul Harris OGBOLE, was honoured by Lawyers at the just concluded Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association in Lagos.
The event tagged “Lawyers Hangout and Karaoke with Paul-Harris OGBOLE SAN” witnessed the presence of many lawyers and conferees from all over the country. Notable figures at the event include a past president of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Augustine Alegeh, SAN, Chief Emeka Obegolu, SAN, Mr. Ejembi EKO, SAN, Mr. Agada Elachi, SAN, Prof. Agbo Madaki, the Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, Bwari branch, Paul DAUDU, Esq. The Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, Keffi branch, Mr. Nuhu Egya Esq, the immediate past Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja branch, Mr. AFAM Okeke, Esq Onofiok Luke, Esq and a host of notable lawyers numerous to mention. There was a special appearance by the popular musician ICE PRINCE ZAMANI who joined the lawyers to celebrate the Learned Silk.
Speaking with our correspondent, Mr. Marvin Ibem who is an ardent follower and admirer of the Learned Silk and a Co-convener of friends of Paul Harris OGBOLE, SAN, said the Learned Silk is a consummate Bar man who has devoted his time, energy and resources to the advancement of the Bar. In his words “I am not surprised by the large turn out of lawyers who have come to honour the Learned Silk”. He noted that the Learned Silk a visionary Bar leader who has committed to the betterment of the Bar and the legal profession.
