The road to NBA Election 2024, is now littered with endorsements.
Some procured, some fabricated and some an expression of appreciation of good deeds done to the endorsing party by the candidate adopted and endorsed.
In this era of universal suffrage, one cannot help but ask, “who endorsement epp?”
The most laughable in these claims of endorsement, is the claim that Egbe Amofin had endorsed non Yoruba Candidates in the forthcoming NBA Election, particularly, for the Post of the NBA President.
KUBWAEXPRESS put a call across to the Chairman O’Odua Governing Council and the General Secretary, Araa Isiaka Olagunju, SAN and Adetunji Oso, Esq., respectively.
The duo emphatically stated that Egbe Amofin O’Odua, is not desirous to nor had it adopted, endorsed any candidate other than their members in any elective post.
According to the duo, who spoke with KUBWAEXPRESS separately, they maintained that the convention in NBA during delegates election era, was the 3 regional Bars, EBF, ALF and EAO, will draw up list of their members in any given election and communicate same to one another to persuade delegates from branches within their sphere of influence, to comply for a peaceful trade off, to ensure harmony, less rancorous election in the NBA.
Furthermore, the Chairman and Secretary, urged their members, to vote for their members in any elective post being contested by their members against non members of Egbe Amofin O’Odua. With regards to the Presidency zoned to EBF, the Chairman Governing Council of Egbe Amofin O’Odua stated that EBF has not communicated to Egbe who their preferred candidate is and it is not in the interest of Egbe, to impose a choice on EBF by adopting any of its member (s) in the 2024 NBA Election. 
Adetunji Oso, Esq., emphatically stated, “Egbe has not adopted any candidate, particularly any candidate for the office of NBA President.”
