The Chairman, Executives and Members of the NBA, Birnin Kebbi,
It gives me great pleasure to felicitate you on the occasion of your 2024 Annual Law Week, themed: *”Access to Justice: Walk the Talk”* holding between 26th May and 1st June, 2024.
In view of the lethargic approach to justice delivery in Nigeria, it is apposite at this time to provide a platform for extensive brainstorming on ways to put to actual practice the laws and procedures designated for ensuring justice in Nigeria.
We cannot overemphasize this national truth, for it defines our very existence as a people. A country with a dearth of justice is a country on a highway to chaos. I am confident that at the end of the event, Nigeria will be on a pathway to actual justice delivery.
