After days of rallies akin to preseason warm up by football teams, the real date has been announced by INEC.
According to the time table released by INEC, Presidential, National Assembly Campaigns start on September 28 to end on 23 February, two days to presidential election on February 25th.
Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly. October 12, 2022 – March 9, 2023
Submission of names of Polling Agents by political parties, December 30. 2022 to January 6, 2023
ELECTION DATES
25th February, 2023 for Presidential and National Assembly Elections.
11th March 2023 for Gubernatorial and State Assembly Elections.
