In the face of threats of breach of security in FCT Abuja, the FCT Command of the Nigeria Police Force, has released emergency phone lines for residents of FCT to call in time of distress.
While this is a welcome development, we urge residents of FCT Abuja, to take personal responsibilities for their security. Estates should organize vigilante group, be vigilant and report suspicious neighbors’ movement to the estate’s Chief Security Office and the estate security committee, should know the source of livelihood of residents.
