The communiqué of Egbe Amofin Oodua (The Yoruba Lawyers Forum), in circulation containing its resolutions do not contain the name of any of the 3 presidential candidates as the choice of Egbe.
Rather, they adopted all Yoruba sons and daughters in the race towards July 16. This is expected as NBA Constitution made heavy weather on a person’s state/zone of birth a prerequisite to contest for some positions in NBA.
With this adoption, candidates contesting against the Egbe adopted candidates, have a herculean task and must rally their own zone to support them so as to balance this looming defeat.
The following members of Egbe Amofin contesting at the 2022 NBA General election were presented to the meeting for adoption and were so adopted;
