Hold NERC Responsible For Darkness In Kubwa—Musa

A community based none governmental organization, Kubwa Citizens Forum, has urged residents of Kubwa, to hold Prof. James Momoh responsible for darkness covering Kubwa.

The spokesperson for the Forum, Musa Ibrahim, made this call yesterday while speaking with our reporter.  “Hold him responsible for darkness in Kubwa, in fact in the entire nation.

His failure to effectively carry out the mandate of his Commission is responsible for the abuses, reap off and total contemptuous treatment given to us by all involved in the electricity generation and distribution across Nigeria.

Now you know who to call out.” Musa said.

Lamenting further, Musa cried out that NERC under Prof. James Momoh, is a shadow of what it was under Dr. Sam Amadi. Despite his limitations, Dr. Amadi regularly engaged Nigerians, explaining why there was no pre-paid meters, why there was darkness and what his office was doing to hold DISCOs and GENCOs responsibly accountable to Nigerians and not just to fatten the accounts of their CEOs.”
