Ahead of the February 12th FCT Area Council Election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has assured candidates in the February 12th Election, that she will give all parties a plane, equal playing field, during the election.
At a town hall meeting with women groups and gender-focused civil society organisations in Abuja, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for FCT, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, revealed that INEC will deploy 12,000 ad hoc personnel to conduct the election.
Yahaya Bello, was represented by FCT Administrative Secretary of INEC, Mr. Waziri Zannah at the town hall meeting organized by INEC.
