Via an Originating Summons with suit no CV/1094/2021, Jedidiah International Limited, has approached the FCT High Court, praying the court to compel the FCT Minister, to revoke the CofO he granted to Danu Investment Limited.
The Plaintiff avers that the allocation of the recreation park known as Park 1193, Cadastral Zone A01, Garki, Abuja, to Danu Investment Limited, who wants to use the land to erect filling station, is in breach of Regulation 8 of the FCT Land Use Regulation, 2004, CAP L5, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, and the FCT Change of Land Use and Residential Density Regulations, 2007, and is, therefore, ultra vires.
The Plaintiff further avers that the allocation of the land for building of filling station, is a violation and distortion of Abuja master plan.
