The 21st edition of National Sports Festival (NSF) will take place in Asaba Delta State at the Steven Keshi Stadium.
Over 14,000 athletes from the 36 states, including FCT, will participate in track and field events that will last from the 1st of December to 10th.
Delta state, is the defending champion, haven won the last edition in Edo with 158 gold, 116 silver, and 110 bronze at the last NSF held in Edo states.
According to the Sports Minister, Mr. Sunday Akin Dare, some African countries, such as Ghana, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Benin Republic and Sierra Leone were invited and are expected to present teams in Asaba.
