According to a statement made available to newsmen by Akorede Habeeb Lawal, NBA Publicity Secretary, the President of NBA, YC Maikyau SAN OON, has called on lawyers and the general public, to make comments on the following jurists that had been shortlisted to be chosen as President Customary Court of Appeal of the FCT.

Kindly find attached the statement of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN requesting for comments of members on the suitability for appointment as President, Customary Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja the following judges:

ii. Hon. Justice (Dr) Ngozika Uwazunrunonye Okaisabor.
iii. Hon. Justice Istifanus Gandu.
