Following the uproar and condemnation of a letter https://kubwaexpress.com/2022/06/26/infamous-conduct-the-letter-olanipeku-denied-was-authored-and-emailed-with-his-consent/ written by Kunbi, a Partner in Wole Olanipekun & Co, expressly implying that Wole Olanipekun SAN, Chairman Body of Benchers, is a fixer, has influence over all judges in Nigeria and can swing any proceedings, to get favorable judgment for his client, the firm of Wole Olanipekun & Co, has apologized to H. Odein Ajumogobia, SAN, OFR.
In the apology letter, signed by two Associate Counsel, James Adesulu and Quam Owolabi, a copy we obtained, states; “ we apologize for this very unfortunate incident, which was unauthorized; and was neither initiated, prompted, encouraged nor approved by our chambers.”
