Nwoye Akachukwu Anthony, immediate past Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association, Gwagwalada (Eagle Bar), has thrown his hat into the ring vying for the office of Assistant Publicity Secretary in the forthcoming NBA Election.
According to members of the Eagle Bar, he served excellently well, the bedrock of the branch and dependable, they believe that if offered the mandate to serve, he will bring the exceptional experience and work ethics he gathered in Eagle Bar, without sense of entitlement, to serve NBA and render cordial effective assistance to the Publicity Secretary.

In accordance with the provisions of section 9(5)(j) of the Nigerian Bar Association 2015 (amended 2021) for the office of the Assistant Publicity Secretary:-
a. I shall assist the Publicity Secretary in the performance of his/her duties and shall in the absence of the Publicity Secretary act in his/her place;
b. I shall perform all other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the President or the National Executive Council or the National Executive Committee or the Annual General Meeting.
c. I shall ensure that members as well the general public is always kept abreast with the laudable activities of the NBA.
d. Shall continue to create and recreate positive ways of burnishing the image of the NBA.
e. It shall be my duty to ensure that all possible channels of communications from the NBA as well as feedback are kept alive and active.
f. I shall always explore new and innovative ways of making the positive impact of the NBA to be felt by the members and the society at large.
g. It shall be my duty to ensure that wherever the attention of the NBA is needed, especially in the promotion of the rule of law and the protection of human that the NBA presence shall be very much on ground, this is to be achieved through having and maintaining effective communication media platforms.
h. I shall ensure that every possible opportunities of enhancing the image of the NBA and also ensure that members as well the general public never misses any piece of information.
