I congratulate the Chairman of NBA Ahoada Branch, Dr. Hilda Desmond-Ihekaire and the entire members of the Branch on the successful ground breaking/foundation laying ceremony of her Bar Secretariat.
This historic occasion is not just a physical milestone for the Branch, it represents the embodiment of years of hope, resilience and unwavering commitment to the vision of building a home for the family Bar.
