It was with great shock and sadness that I received the news of the demise of the father of the 29th President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Olumide Osaigbovo Akpata, Esq.
The late Dr. Henry Akpata was indeed a pillar of strength and support to his children, particularly our former President, *Olumide Akpata, Esq.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Akpata family as they navigate this trying times.
I am optimistic that God Almighty will grant the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
