I am directed to inform all the effected branches and Chapters of the Judiciary Staff Union Of Nigeria (USUN) that you are to mobilize your members to commence an industrial action beginning from Sunday midnight 2nd December 2024 as directed by the Central Working Committee (CWC) and National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) due to the failure of the affected state governments to implement the new National Minimum Wage.
The affected states are Abla, Alwai Ibom, Ebonyi, Elitl, Enugu, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Imo, Nasarawa, Kaduna, Katsina, Oyo, Sokoto, Yobe, and Zamfara States.
All vice presidents of the affected states are expected to ensure strike compliance with this directive
