CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE FROM AARE OLUMUYIWA AKINBORO, SAN ON THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YOUR TENURE ON THE GOVERNING COUNCIL NIGERIAN BAR ASSOCIATION WOMEN’S FORUM (NBAWF)
It is with great pleasure that I write to congratulate you and the entire members of the outgoing Governing Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Women’s Forum on the successful completion of your tenure which was full of remarkable achievements and bold strides towards advancing the welfare of women.
I thank the almighty God who gave you the strength, wisdom and vision to pilot the affairs of the Forum and to drive its objectives with admirable commitment, vigor, dedication and altruism.
Your tenure was indeed very impactful and inspiring as you accomplished remarkable feats that resonate in the areas of championing equality, equity, women empowerment and emancipation as well as promoting, projecting and protecting the rights and the causes of our women.
I thank you sincerely for your selfless and sacrificial service to the Bar and urge you not to relent but to continue to heed the call for service to the Bar in general and to the women in particular as your wealth of experience remains a valuable asset that the Bar can always rely on. I hope that you will find time to enjoy well deserved rest after your meritorious service to the Forum.
