In a letter to the Managing Director of Access Bank PLC., signed by John Aikpokpo-Martins, Chairman, for himself and on behalf of the Executive Committee; SIPDEL has given the Bank notice to reverse the sum of N10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira Only) or face the legal implications of any unauthorized withdrawal from the SPIDEL Account.
According to our source, the said amount was withdrawn a day after the SPIDEL Conference which was held in contempt of a Delta State High Court.
The Court ordered NBA not to hold the Conference pending the hearing of the matter at the next adjoined date, being 30th of July.
