JUSUN To Join NLC Strike

The Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), has mobilized her members across the nation, to join in the proposed indefinite strike called by the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC)  
The strike is expected to commence on October 3rd.According to a circular signed by I.M.Adetola, General Secretary of JUSUN to the leadership of JUSUN REF NO:JUSUN/NHQ/GEN.11/VOL.III/97, all branches and chapters of JUSUN, must begin mobilization in compliance with NLC/TUC directive.
The circular further states. “Please note the action is total and all Zonal Vice Presidents must ensure compliance in their Zones.
JUSUN is an affiliate of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), therefore all Zonal Vice Presidents must monitor compliance.”

By this circular, all court staff are to down tool, implying that no court room would be opened or services rendered to the public until the indefinite strike is called off.
