If you are coming from South West, your best route is to access Lokoja through Kabba-Obajana. If you can, please avoid entering through Okene. Drivers have unpalatable tales of kidnapping on this stretch.
Coming in from the North, you will enter through Kubwa-Gwarinpa. But you must pass Niger and Kaduna. Upper Niger State before you get to Suleja-Madala-Zuba, is also a security nightmare.
Kaduna-Jere-Bwari-Dutse-Kubwa express, is safe. Despite this security challenge, the roads in most part, are nightmare for motorists, full of portholes. In some places, totally cut off.

1.Have the phone numbers of security formations on the route you want to follow.
2.Service your Branch bus, buy new tires if you must and only buy fuel from trusted filling stations.
3.Make peace with your maker and ancestors before embarking on the journey to Abuja, for them to interface with deities, principalities and ancestors of the villages you must pass to get to Abuja.
4.The NBA, should meet AIG of Police in charge of police zones, to make sure that their men provide visible security on these routes and should not stop and search any NBA branded Branch bus.
