His Lordship Honourable Justice F. O Riman of Federal High Court No.1 Awka Anambra State today Orders the New Speaker Anambra State House of Assembly and Director Anambra State Security Service to produce the Defendants in court tomorrow by 9:am prompt.
The Court further ordered Barr. Agams and E. E Nwaokolo to address the court whether officer from office of the Attorney General of the Federation can take over the prosecution where there is no substantive Attorney General of the Federation. 
The court is also to consider the bail of the Defendants.
The general public should recalled that the 2nd defendant was arrested with the substantive order of the Honourable court made on the 24th day of May 2023, but through the intervention of some persons he was released to appear in court today being 13th day of June 2023 but failed to be in court.
The Prosecution moved the court that issue of representation can be resolved one way or the other but it is incumbent on the Defendants to respect the orders of the court regardless of their societal status.
The case was adjourned to tomorrow 14th day of June 2023.
