In a bid to conform to best international transparency practices with regards to corporate good governance, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), will on Thursday 25th May, unveil to the public, The Beneficial Owners Register.
The Beneficial Ownership Register, is to avail the public, records of share holders of companies online free of charge.
According to statement made available to newsmen, the Beneficial Ownership Register is aimed at amongst others supporting anti corruption efforts in Nigeria and the world.
