I do not claim to be 100% responsible for the little sucksex Kubwaepress had achieved since 2010 we published our first edition.
Most of our contributors, prefer to remain ghost editors, quietly pointing out errors in our publications.
They also supply contents and hide, only for us to bear the can of popping worms.
Today, one of them, is a year older and being older than him, I can unveil his identity but will not tell you the role he plays in Kubwaexpress.
My in law, Yakubu Philemon,Esq., who understands that his sister needs “help” now and then and you make referrals, I salute you as you turn a year older.
I am impressed by the greater heights you keep climbing everyday. I am sorry I keep disappointing you.
You see, Philemon, has being encouraging me to take my legal practice seriously and that if I put my mind to it, I could become SAN in 5 years time. He broke down the painful, painstaking procedures for me. I was excited but like one of those seeds in the parable of the sower, cares of a revolutionary better Nigeria, chokes the desire to become SAN off me and I revert deeply into politics, making enemies along the way; enemies that won’t forgive me!
But I have reassured him, I will seriously re-bounce back my practice after he had taken Silk and make me a partner in the firm of Yakubu Philemon, SAN & Co. I want to be the & Co.
My in law as we fondly call each other, you are a young man way above your peers in wisdom and understanding, your eagle-beak like shaped nose, can sniff out errors in any process, no matter how late they serve it on you!
You are a true jewel in the savanna and all young lawyers in Gombe, look up to you. We know you won’t fail us.
Happy Birthday to you my in law. All the ghost editors and contributors to Kubwaexpress, expresses joy and pray that your manhood will remain serviceable.
Happy Birthday.
