NBA NEC at its emergency meeting held via zoom meeting, on Thursday 27th March, 2025, unanimously approved & ratified the position of the NBA President’s press statement on the illegality and unconstitutional imposition of State of Emergency on Rivers State by the Federal Government. 
To shift AGC from Port Harcourt to another city. NBA NEC further, unanimously resolved that NBA Exco should review, further consult on the situation in Rivers State and report to NEC, whether to relocate the venue of NBA AGC 2025 from Port Harcourt to another city.
