To God be the glory, today I have the honor and sincere privilege to address you today in my capacity as the IBETO GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY and one of the counsel that appeared today at High Court of Lagos State sitting in Ikeja before Honorable Justice Ogala.
Today, Honorable Justice Ogala struck out the entire 10 count charge bordering on the failed land transaction between High Chief Dr. Cletus M. Ibeto CON and Sir Daniel Chukwudozie of Dozzy Oil and Gas Ltd.
The court, after hearing the submission of the Counsel for the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Rotimi Jacob ,SAN, and S.A Oshodi Esq.agreed with us that there is no other pending issue and the part payment of N3.295b paid by the nominal complainant have been refunded that the information is hereby struck out and the defendants discharged.
This has confirmed that trust is sufficient as a weapon, and it’s sufficient as a shield.
Congratulations, HIGH Chief Dr Cletus Ibeto CON Omekannaya and Mmirimarugo and all the people of goodwill, too numerous to mention for their efforts and steadfastness believing that falsehood has an expiration date and truth is always constant and consistent.
This is exactly what the ruling of the court today has shown.
Let us be glad and be happy that light has finally overcome the wickedness of darkness, and our OGA, the Ifennewijiridebe, has been vindicated.
