RE: CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF ARBITRATORS (CIArb) NIGERIA BRANCH 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
You will recall that by our publication of 19th September, 2024, Project Bar an initiative of Akinboro & Co., under the leadership of Aare Olumuyiwa Akinboro, SAN called for expression of interest from Young Lawyers between 1-5 years post call who wish to be sponsored to the forthcoming 2024 Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Nigeria Branch scheduled to hold in Abuja from 6th – 8th November, 2024.
We were excited to receive a large number of applications which went through a very rigorous screening process culminating in the selection of 53 successful applicants who were particularly distinguished by their keen and enthusiastic participation in Project Bar activities including on our social media platforms.

We congratulate the successful applicants and encourage those who did not make it at this time not to relent as Project Bar is committed to its objective of empowering the Nigerian Lawyer by providing accessible Continued Legal Education and Practice Development programmes to all our colleagues and particularly the Young Lawyers.
