The International Bar Association (IBA) 2024 Conference, taking place in Mexico City 15-20th September, will on Sunday, raise the curtain with its Opening Ceremony.
The theme of this year’s conference is The theme is law, democracy & institutions: global legal challenges.
The Keynote Speakers, is Ernesto Zedillo.
Ernesto Zedillo, is a Senior Fellow at the Jackson School of Global Affairs and Frederick Iseman ’74 Director of the Program for the Study of Globalization; Professor in the Fields of Economics and Political Science; and Professor Adjunct of Environmental Studies at Yale University. He served as President of Mexico from 1994-2000. He is a member of The Elders, an independent group of global leaders using their collective experience and influence for peace, justice and human rights worldwide.
Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, the President of Africa’s largest Bar, Nigerian Bar Association, is in Mexico, attending the IBA Conference.
