Family Of Late Wigwe University Registrar Warns Against Dealing With Jude Obiora Ezeobi Her Purported Husband.

The family of Ms. Ulonna Inyama, the Registrar of Wigwe University, who passed away in Abuja, in July has advised her friends and associates against any dealing with one Mr Jude Obiora Ezeobi, who has been claiming to be her husband despite the nullification of the purported marriage in 2023 by an Abuja High Court.
In a statement signed by the family’s representative, Ezeobi, a lawyer had fraudulently contracted the marriage while he was still married to another woman under law.

The representative stated that the family had been notified of efforts made by Ezeobi to hoodwink grieving friends and associates by calling for contributions through a fake committee of friends to help him plan her funeral.
The family therefore appeals to wellwishers to disregard every appeal made by Ezeobi.
The statement read: “The family of Ulonna Inyama wishes to inform her friends, associates and the general public that the purported marriage between her and one Mr Jude Ezeobi which was contracted in 2017 was nullified by a FCT High Court presided over by Hon. Justice M.A.Nasir in PET/144/2021 in a judgement delivered on 17/10/2023.“The family is shocked and scandalised that Mr. Ezeobi and his “Committee of Friends” has formed a condolence WhatsApp Group aimed at soliciting support from unsuspecting sympathisers towards Ulonna’s burial.

Jude Ezeobi.

“Ezeobi’s conduct and his “Committee of Friends” are not only false but also a gross misrepresentation of the true state of affairs between Jude and Ulonna at the time of her passing.
” Mr. Jude Ezeobi is not welcome to participate in any burial rites as he was neither her husband nor a friend of the family. The general public, friends, and associates of Ulonna, are advised to stay away from this impostor.
“Mr. Ezeobi, wants to torment Ulonna in death as he did while she was alive living in the falsehood Jude created until the Court set her free.”
