NIC Fingers Adamawa State Counsel In Court Order Scam.

The Divisional Registrar, Paul T. Kure of National Industrial Court [NIC] Yola Division, has written to the Chairman NBA Yola Branch, informed the Bar of a fake court order served on UBA.
According to the letter, “a fake Order Nisi, purported to be a court document, was served on the United Bank of Africa (UBA). Yola Main Business Office, on the 8th day of August 2024, by one of your members…”The letter further reads, “Consequent upon this, the Bank Manager of the said bank, after consultations, revealed that Barr. ljeomul Emmanuel Tsamdu, State Counsel 1, Adamawa State Ministry of Justice, was the person that served them the fake ORDER.”
