As part of efforts to hit the ground running and create conducive working relationship amongst the newly elected Executive, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, has invited the newly elected Exco members to a two day retreat in Abuja.
The retreat will end tomorrow, Saturday 3rd August.
Seasoned Barmen and former members of the NBA were at hand to serve as resource persons, to indoctrinate the new executive members into the doctrine, convention and expectation of being an Executive member of the NBA.
This retreat according to one of the newly elected members, is timely, a great eye opener to his responsibilities to lawyers and the Bar, beyond the spelt out clauses in the NBA Constitution.
Another who spoke anonymously to Kubwaexpress, said that the retreat is necessary and rejuvenating against the background that most of them came from different political backgrounds in the course of campaigning for their offices. 
He particularly singled out the NBA President and General Secretary elect and hope that this retreat, will law foundation for a smooth running of the NBA Secretariat under their watch.
