Former Chief Executive Officer of Konga, Nigerian e-commerce platform, Nick Imudia has jumped off the balcony of his Lekki apartment, in what friends alleged was suicide.
The unfortunate incident occurred on the night of June 25, 2024.
At the time of his death, Nick Imudia was the CEO of D.light, a company known for its innovations in residential solar energy solutions and household products.
No suicide note has been found but prior to his jumping to his death, it was gathered that he made a distress call to his brother in the United States, detailing instructions on how his wealth should be distributed.
He also reached out to his young daughter from a previous relationship, offering her comforting words that he would always be with her in spirit.
Before joining Konga, Nick was the regional director of TCL/Alcatel and GM/MD for West and Central Africa at icrosoft Device and Services as the GM/MD for West and Central Africa.
