The Editorial Board/Journal Committee of the NBA (BWARI) Branch is inviting interested contributors to forward their articles for publication in their 4th Edition of the Capital Bar Law Journal.
Please be informed that a suitable article shall have the following considerations:
•It must be STRICTLY based on topical or contemporary legal issues.
•The manuscript must be scholarly, well researched and intellectually thought provoking, and with a zero-tolerance for plagiarism.
•It must be able to meet a competitive standard for global readership using a widely acceptable peer review mechanism.
•The article must be capable of expounding legal frontiers or impacting positively in the development of law and jurisprudence in Nigeria.
•It must be apolitical in all respects.
•The manuscript must (prior to its submission) not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
•It must be written in simple English language (British Received English) with 12 font size, Times New Roman font style, typed with 1.5 lines spacing on A4 paper. Articles that do not comply with the formatting requirements will not be considered.
•The referencing format to be adopted is the OSCOLA Referencing style.
•All references must be specifically itemized in footnotes, numbered serially and must be in font size 10.
•The manuscript shall have a minimum of 4000 words but not exceeding 7,000 words.
