After the superlative performance at the Opening Ceremony, the 63rd Annual General Conference of the NBA, will on Monday, break into plenary sessions. Interesting sub themes, have been lined up to tickle your fancy in any chosen field of legal practice. To make the best of the Conference and make sure you are GETTING IT RIGHT, we advise that you choose a breakout session that will serve your need. Don’t be the proverbial jack of all trades or the faithful servant, who wants to please both Madam and Oga’s Mistress. Choose one breakout session per time as they will be running concurrently.

With the explosion of information and communication technologies, fake news, cyber bullying and hate speech has taken on a new dimension. While online media, such as blogs, social networks and websites, are excellent at helping people to communicate and provide access to huge amounts of information, they also allow fake news.
