Dear members of the Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria.
It is with great joy that I bring warm greetings to this revered body of Christ, on the occasion of this years annual conference with the inspiring theme, “The Lord our Lawgiver.”
This is a significant occasion that brings together legal professionals who are guided by the principles of faith, wisdom, and justice.
As Christian lawyers, we have a unique opportunity to advocate for truth, righteousness, and equity in our society. Our work is not just a profession, but a calling to serve others with integrity and compassion.
By continuously aligning our legal practice with the teachings of our Lord, we are shining examples of how faith can influence and transform the field of law.
During this conference, I hope we will have enriching discussions, insightful sessions, and fruitful interactions with fellow practitioners.
It is my prayer and desire that this year’s conference further inspires us to always apply biblical principles in our daily work, upholding the rights of the oppressed, promoting justice, and modeling Christ’s love to our clients, colleagues, and the entire legal community world over.
As we reflect on the theme, “The Lord our Lawgiver,” remember that our true foundation lies in God’s word.
I wish to use this medium to wish those in attendance, a successful and impactful conference, filled with divine guidance and inspiration.
