His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, the Hon. President of the National Industrial Court, pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4(2) of the NIC Civil Procedure Rules, has declared Monday 31st July as the commencement date for NIC annual vacation.
The vacation will last till Tuesday the 26th day of September.
According to a statement issued by NIC, there would be no sitting by NIC, except for urgent matters and such would be handled by a vacation judge.
