A group of lawyers, under the aegis of Lawyers Of Conscience, have called on the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Yakubu C. Maikyau, OON, SAN to denounce the Department of State Services (DSS), over its derogatory tweets, calling a lawyer “Charge and Bail” with sole aim of intimidating and harassing him while carrying out his professional duty to his client. 
The Group further call on the NBA President to condemn the DSS with the same zeal he had chastised those who had attempted to discredit the integrity of the Judiciary, especially the Justices of the Courts and Judgements emanating from them. 
Furthermore, the Group urges Maxwell Opara, Esq., to sue DSS for defamation and pledges to provide legal services and other paraphernalia required to prosecute the case against DSS.
