The Conference commenced with a Regulatory Clinic. This Clinic has Corporate Affairs Commission, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, Federal Competition And Consumer Protection Commission, EFCC SCUML and Designs, Trademark & Patent Department of Ministry of Justice.
According to Marx Ikongbeh, Esq these regulatory agencies, were assembled to fix any glitch, challenges that are being faced by conferrees in the course of doing business with these institutions. The clinic is open to members of the public.
Rasheed Mahe, head media of CAC, said that CAC is participating in the clinic, to aid accredited agents and the walk in general public, to resolve challenges real-time and also take customers through platforms of the commission that will give instant satisfactory solutions.
