The Young Lawyers Forum(YLF), NBA Benin Branch, the Lion Bar, excitedly wish to notify you, of her annual summit, coming up on the 4th to 6th day of May.
The theme of this year’s summit is, Beyond the Norm: Empowering Young Legal Minds.
The venue of the Summit, is the Lion’s Den, NBA Benin Secretariat, behind the High Court of Justice, GRA, Benin City.
Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, popularly called NBA Golden Boy, will lead a glowing array of legal luminaries, to dissect the theme and set the minds of YLF Benin of fire to go beyond the norm without running foul of code of professional conduct, expected of budding leaders of the Bar.
Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, the Keynote Speaker, was born on the 25th of October 1972.
He graduated from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus in 1997 and was called to the Bar in 1999. In 2007 he obtained a Masters of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the University of Jos . Afam also holds LL.M in (Transnational Commercial Practice) from the Centre for International Legal Studies, Austria (in collaboration with the Lazarsky University, Poland).
