Dear esteemed members of the bar,
This is to bring to your notice that the leadership of the Midwest Bar Forum under the leadership of Chief T.J. Onomigbo Okpoko (SAN) OON has not slated any meeting, neither has any such notice of meeting been issued.
Our attention has been drawn to a notice of meeting purportedly being convened by the Midwest Bar Forum on the 25th of March, 2022. Any group of persons convoking to hold meetings in the name of the Forum other than the duly constituted Professor N.A Inegbedion led Executive Committee of the Midwest Bar Forum are out to mislead members of the Bar and the general public.
The resolutions of such meetings have no bearing whatsoever on the members of the Forum. They are to be completely disregarded.
Be rest assured that due notice will be issued when the Forum intends to hold its next meeting.
