Bulus Atsen, Esq., past Chairman NBA Abuja(Unity Bar), now elder and one of the leaders of NBA Garki Branch (Liberty Bar), is sponsoring the Monthly Workout Session, as part of activities, to mark his birthday.
According Christopher Areghan Eichie, Esq., Chairman, Liberty Bar Sports Committee, this gesture is what is expected of Bar leaders as a complete lawyer must be generous, contribute to the welfare of the Bar and its members particularly when such leader is not holding any elective office. 
Eichie Esq., while inviting both members of Liberty Bar and others to attend, called on lawyers to take physical exercises seriously and periodically check their vitals as no lawyer of unsound body can have a sound mind.
The Monthly Workout Session for the month of February will take place as follows;
