After a fruitful deliberation between members of NBA Nyanya-Karu Branch and the Steve Emelieze Nyanya-Karu Lawyers Forum Committee, the following were reached;
1.Election is not feasible in the face of the divisions within the ranks of Members of the Branch. 2.Feasibility of any elections before April as the Committee requested in line with their one-month delivery time, is unattainable.
3.Voters list should be drawn from those who paid 2023 BPF and Local Dues.
4.Members to pay their BPF and Branch Dues, 2023.
5.Expanding membership of the Committee to include members of the Branch.
6. To reconvene in March on a date to be communicated.
