According to our source, who was at FCT High Court 16, holden at Zuba today 26th day of January, during proceedings, the Defendant, Rev Kelechi Amadi was not in court when the matter was called up.
The Prosecutor applied to withdraw the matter but his application informing the court that the matter is before FCT High Court in Kuje. He did not place anything before the Court in support of his application.
The Court denied his application, stating that the court suspects a foul play in the manner the Prosecutor is handling the case.
Matter was adjourned to 5/4/2023 with an Order that the police must produce the Defendant at the next adjourned date.
