Lawyers Demand Justice For Murdered Colleague

Lawyers across the country, have expressed shock over the killing of Omobalanle Raheem, Esq., at Ajah on her way from Christmas eve Church Service by a Police Officer.
The Etiosa Lawyers Forum, is leading this charge and is mobilizing lawyers to visit the Ajiwe Police station by 10 am.

Reacting to the murder, YC Maikyau, OON, SAN, NBA President said this is one death too many and have taken up the matter. Speaking with Kubwaexpress, YC thundered that not under his watch, will a lawyer be killed without the perpetrator being made to face the full wrath of the law. He expressed heartfelt condolences to NBA Lagos and the family of Omobalanle Raheem.
Lawyers Of Conscience has also called on lawyers within Ajah, to troop out and join Etiosa Lawyers Forum, to march to the police station and keep marching until Omobalanle Raheem.

They further called on NBA to see that Justice is gotten for all the lawyers murdered this year; Nathan Akatakpo, in Ahoda Rivers State and Dr. Steven Ekeh in Karu Abuja.
