The Financial Secretary of Owerri Community Welfare Association, Abuja, Chief Evans Uche is dead.
His death was announced on 23rd December, by OCWA president. According to the notice tagged “Sad News” on OCWA WhatsApp group, Chief Evans Uche, slumped in his office and was rushed to National Hospital Abuja, where he was confirmed dead.
With a heavy heart, OWC announces the following burial arrangements;
Monday, Dec 26 2022 – OCWA visit to his family at Jikwoi by 1.00pm. VP 1 and Welfare Officer 2 will lead the delegation.
Tuesday, Dec 27, 2022 – His corpse will leave National Hospital Mortuary to Owerri. OCWA members in Abuja to meet @ National Hospital Abuja by 7am to pray for his safe departure. Saturday, Dec 31, 2022 – Final BURIAL Obibiezena.
All OCWA members at home MUST be in attendance to support in his burial.
Let’s remember that we have obligation to a dead active member. Don’t be left out in the programs before his burial.
